The Duggars are at it again.
She's pregnant with #18.
I feel bad for those kids. I see how much it hurts Bob when I can't do something with her because I have to tend to Edgar. Imagine if there were 16 others she'd have to wait in line with for some Mommy or Daddy time.
Also, my mom's boyfriend is from a family with 17 kids. Every single one of them is messed up in some way. (Prison, drugs, etc) Every one of them will tell you that they never got enough time with their parents. My mom's boyfriend is #7, and he was raised by his older sisters. My mom went to school with #6, and she pretty much raised five of her younger siblings.) Obviously, some parents may be capable of raising well-adjusted kids in those kinds of numbers. I'm not saying it's not possible. And obviously, it's possible to have issues and not come from a large family (Hello
erbie!)
But also, from a global standpoint, do we really need families with 18 more good American consumers?
